Weather you live in a House, Condo, Duplex, an Apartment or a Mobile home.  We have an insurance policy for you.  When getting a quote there are a few things you have to know about your property. It obviously varies in reference to the kind of property you have.  

What you need to know:

• Title in who's name
• House/mobile/modular/condo/tenant's package
• Legal address
• year built (if over 25, update)
• Electrical, plumbing, heating, roof
• Distance from Fire Hall
• Lienholder or Lessor
• Residents of house
• Alarm systems - monitored, smoke detectors
• Outbuildings (garage, shed, detached hot tub)
• Contents (value - home inventory)
• Special Limits (jewelery, furs, collectibles, guns)
