We have created this page for a number of reasons.

EDUCATE – We discovered that a web page is an excellent tool to help answer the dozens of questions we are asked many times each week. We can be more thorough, provide more examples, and perhaps present information in a way that is more "digestible" than if we tried to share with you directly everything you want to know, and the many other things we think you should be aware of.
